Our Cover Star Lottie Ryan Takes Home The DWTS Glitter Ball Trophy

While we’re staying indoors for the foreseeable future, we need some pretty decent entertainment to keep us going, right? That’s exactly what DSWTS brought last night, when we were treated to the finale a whole week early.

And there’s a massive congratulations in order, for our gorge cover star Lottie Ryan who took home the glitterball Dancing With The Stars trophy, along with her partner Pasquale La Rocca. After a heated final against Aidan Fogarty, Ryan Andrews and Grainne Gallanagh, Lottie said she was “lost for words”.

Talking to The Sun, Lottie said, “I woke up this morning thinking I was going to be in the semi-finals and next thing we knew, we were dancing in the finals. I can’t believe it.” Lottie continued to say that she believes her dad, Gerry Ryan, was with her throughout the final.

“I think he definitely had a had in this win, he definitely was helping me out tonight,” she said. “I wore his microphone pin. I’m not religious but when things happen at around the same time it does make you think.”

We couldn’t be more delighted for Lottie, celebrations all round!
