Could We Be Getting A Fourth Season Of The Fall?
“I’d consider it a privilege to work with Jamie again."
There were many phases of TV during the pandemic. In need of a recap?
It went a little something like this; Tiger King, Normal People and Selling Sunset. Sandwiched between Selling Sunset and our latest obsession, Emily in Paris, was The Fall.
Every other show that became a Covid comfort was a new release, The Fall however originally aired between 2013-2016. The program got a new lease of life when streaming platform, Netflix, put up all three seasons.
If you’d watched it before or were a first timer, it was all anyone was talking about online.

The show is a psychological thriller starring Jamie Dornan as a serial murderer and Gillian Anderson as Detective Superintendent Stella Gibson.
Fans of the show may be in luck as Gillian has teased at a fourth season of the hit drama. Speaking with The The Irish Mirror she said; “It amazes me how many people come up to me these days and say they are watching The Fall and how much they are enjoying it.”

“More people seem to be watching it now that when it originally aired. Stella is such a fantastic character and I feel very lucky to have played her.”
Gillian continued; “I was talking to the writer of the show the other day, Alan Cubitt, about the possibility of a fourth season. I wouldn’t say no.”
“I’d consider it a privilege to work with Jamie again. I’ll actually be seeing him shortly.”
We’ll be keeping our eyes peeled for this one.
