Watch: Kevin The Carrot Is Back And Cuter Than Ever In This Year’s Aldi Christmas Ad
But what trouble has he got himself into this time?
Making his debut for the fifth year in a row, Aldi has dropped its Christmas advert for this year – and we can’t even begin to cope.
It’s now November 2nd, meaning – Merry Christmas! and keeping in line with festive traditions, Aldi has kicked off the beginning of the Christmas adverts, giving us the first glimpse of Kevin the Carrot’s 2020 antics.
Last year we saw Kevin working hard in fighting off the ‘leafy blinders’, and this year, he’s putting his little veggie skills to the test again, and flying through the skies, Top Gun style, alongside a turkey – he truly can do it all our Kevin.
The advert opens with Kevin flying along in his fighter jet, with wingman Lieutenant Turkey by his side. While appearing to be in total control with Santa Claus even making a brief appearance, things soon turn to disaster as Turkey accidentally ejects Kevin from his seat. Spiraling downwards Kevin’s parachute goes on fire, with the hashtag #whereiskevin appearing on the screen.
Now, we’re certain that Aldi wouldn’t do us dirty and actually have anything bad happen to little Kev, so we’re sure they’ll soon release the information on where Kevin has ended up, and we’re even more sure that once again he’ll save Christmas for us all, just as he has done for the last five years.

Is it a bird? Is it a plane? No, it’s both. And there’s a carrot in the cockpit. #WhereIsKevin pic.twitter.com/GY6AHoifL9
