First Look: You Need To See Lily James As Pamela Anderson For Upcoming Role
We are OBSESSED.
There’s nothing we love more than an iconic celebrity couple. Those that spring to mind are Kate Moss and Johnny Depp, Brad Pitt and Jennifer Anniston, Kurt Cobain and Courtney Love, Justin Timberlake and Britney Spears, and of course Tommy Lee and Pamela Anderson.
What they all have in common is that not one are still together (not surprising really) and that the 90’s was clearly the time for celebrity pairings.
The news that Tommy Lee and Pamela Anderson’s relationship is set to be made into a mini series certainly piqued our interests, and now the first pictures have been released.

The show, called Pam & Tommy is a Hulu production, and will star Lily James as the iconic blonde bombshell, Pamela Anderson and Sebastian Stan as Tommy.
Releasing the first snaps of the pair in character we are genuinely shook at how much Lily looks like Pamela, yes, we had to do a double take.
The series will also star Seth Rogan, as has described itself as “Based on the true scandal that started it all.” Don’t worry, if you need a little refresh on the P&T scandal, we have you covered.
The very short version is that Motley Crue rockstar, Tommy met Pamela, who was best known for her role in Baywatch, back in 1995. The pair only knew each other for 96 hours before they decided to tie the knot on a beach.

Since then, the couple have always hit headlines due to their on again, off again relationship. They share two sons with each other, divorced in 1998 – just three years after their wedding, were reunited when Tommy was released from prison, and then briefly a couple again back in 2008.
If you think that didn’t sound messy enough, a sex tape the couple made together was stolen back in 1995 which was a huge story at the time and we’re sure will be covered in the series.
No release date has been shared yet, but apparently production started on this back in December, so we’re hoping it won’t be too long!
