Diana The Musical Is Coming To Netflix

A Broadway musical, depicting the life of Princess Diana is set to land on Netflix very soon.

For fans of the late icon, this is a chance to see the musical in the comfort of your own home. A long time in the making, ‘Diana: The Musical’ was originally scheduled to debut in March 2020, however production has been put on hold since then due to the pandemic.

Now, with society slowly opening back up, the show is expected to go ahead this November, but first, on October 1st, a live taping will stream on Netflix, giving those who can’t make it to New York to see the show a chance to experience it too.

Speaking about their decision to stream it on Netflix first, the producer said:

“The chance to share our show, first with Netflix’s global audience, and then welcoming it live on Broadway, is something we’ve all been dreaming about for more than a year”

“We could not be more thrilled to finally share both the film and the Broadway musical with the world”

The production will follow the life and struggles of Princess Diana, with Jeanna de Wall playing the lead role of Lady Di and Roe Hartrampf as Prince Charles.
