5 Irish Activewear Brands To Put On Your WFH Radar

That's working out from home, FYI.

Working. Schooling. Entertaining ourselves. Eating. Drinking. Shopping. You name it, we’re pros at doing it all from home at this stage. One thing that’s also included in that? Working out from home.

For me, I normally hate exercising. But lately, I’ve been on an ever so slight workout buzz. When I’m not feeling it, one thing that will motivate me that little more is new workout clothes.

If you’re in the same boat, here are five Irish brands that have an amazing range of gorgeous workout wear. Ideal for both lounging around and actual exercising – what more could we want?

Powercut

Powercut launched in November of 2019, and its aim is to create and provide high-quality athleisure wear for women. But one thing that’s caught my eye? Their latest range is all about practicality, with pockets at the forefront of their collection. Let’s call it, there are few things that are more irritating than the lack of pockets in women’s clothes. We’re not asking for a whole lot here.

After months of research and product development, Powercut created the highly sought after leggings, shorts, and a sports bra: each with practical internal, external and panel pockets. So whether you’re going for a jog or need somewhere to put your bank card if you’re popping out to the shops, they’ve got you covered. Check out the full collection here.

With sizes from 6 to 28, each of their pieces ties together comfort and style, whether you want to find the perfect sports bra or just fancy a new pair of leggings to be comfortable in while working from home. Shop the range here.

Gym+Coffee

If you were fond of heading to the gym and grabbing a coffee afterwards, I’m sure it’ll be in your top ten of things to do post-lockdown. In the meantime, we have Gym+Coffee to keep our workout gear up to date while working out from home. Created by three friends back in 2017, Gym+Coffee are on a mission to provide high-quality workout wear throughout Ireland.
