Alesha Dixon’s New Range For Regatta Is The Key To Keeping Stylish And Warm This Winter

Alesha Dixon has shared her top tip for staying active and keeping fit during the colder months.

The Britain’s Got Talent judge recently launched The Alesha Edit with Regatta Great Outdoors, a collection of six gorgeous jackets and coats that are perfect for winter.

“I usually work out three times a week at home doing body conditioning,” the singer says. “I’m fortunate enough to be able to fit exercise around my work and busy schedule.

“My top tip for anyone out there is to just do something – what you can, when you can, even if you can only grab ten minutes to yourself get out in the fresh air and go for a quick walk.”

For her range with Regatta, she wanted to give “a sense of style for those days when we’re all just enjoying ourselves – or like me, running around trying to get everything done.

“The six pieces fuse my adventurous side with my love of fashion and looking good and most importantly feeling good while having fun – that’s what it’s all about, isn’t it?”
