Ekin-Su Shuts Down Davide Split Rumours

Is there trouble in paradise?

Rumours were rife earlier in the month, Love Island winners Ekin-Su and Davide had unfortunately split after a year and a half together.

It comes after it was reported Davide had supposedly been “private messaging two models”.

Ekin-Su was reportedly “furious” with the Italian resulting in her posting some cryptic, now deleted tweets. They even had fans questioning the possibility of a split between the two.

The Turkish model has since spoken out in regard to the split rumours, completely debunking them.

During a Q&A with fans on her Instagram stories the Love Island winner was asked if she and Davide were still together.

She simply but effectively replied with a video of them in the gym, dropping a kiss on his cheek.

She followed up by saying: “Of course we are.”

This arises just days after The Sun reported Ekin demanded contact be cut between Davide and one of the models.

The Love Island winners shot to fame on the ITV2 dating show last summer. The public falling in love with their honesty and charm almost instantly.

The pair grew from strength to strength after bagging the £50K prize and are still together a year later.

They even have their very own reality TV show entitled Homecomings. It followed them both as they travelled around their respective hometowns in Turkey and Italy.

Ekin-Su and Davide are one of very few couples still together from series 8 alongside Indiyah Polack & Dami Hope and Tasha Ghouri & Andrew Le Page.
