Faye Winter Confirms She Has Split From Teddy Soares

It’s true, the rumours that Love Island’s Faye and Teddy have split are true!

The former islander took to her Instagram stories to confirm the split after the rumour mill had predicted the pair were no longer together. Typing over a picture of her golden retriever Faye wrote, “I wanted to let you know that after lots of time and consideration, Teddy and I have decided to go our separate ways.

“Thank you all so much for supporting our relationship and sharing the journey with us. I’m forever grateful. Lots of love, Faye and Bonnie.”

Just last month Teddy posted a 2022 recap that heavily featured good memories with Faye, although it seems Faye’s last grid post with Teddy was back in November.

When rumours began to circulate of the split, Teddy opened up telling people not to believe everything online, “Everything you have been reading in the press is false. I have had nothing but love and respect for Faye since we first met.

“I do not wish to comment on rumours speculating our relationship and ask for you to respect our privacy at this time. Love Teddy.”

A source told the UK Sun, “Things haven’t been working between Teddy and Faye for a while now. The tension bubbled over a couple of weeks ago, and they’ve been spending some time apart trying to figure out what they want.”

The couple met on the seventh series of the dating show in 2021 and after a bumpy beginning inside the villa, they continued to grow their relationship on the outside world and surprised fans by quickly moving in together.

Teddy has yet to comment on the split after Faye confirmed, we hope they are both doing okay!
