Get Ready Peaches, Ginny & Georgia Seasons 3 And 4 Are Coming!
Operation jail break is under way!
Get excited guys and gals, it looks like we’re making another trip to Wellsbury, Massachusetts.
That’s right, Netflix announced that one of their most popular shows, Ginny & Georgia has been renewed for not one but two more seasons.
Plenty of time for more teenage love and a couple of murders. Oh and don’t forget that jail break, can’t have the Mayor visiting his wife behind bars after all!
Ginny and Georgia follows the parental relationship of Georgia Miller (Brianne Howey) and her two kids Ginny (Antonia Gentry) and Austin (Diesel La Torraca), as she attempts to protect them against the world and everything she suffered through as a kid.
Season two of the much loved Netflix show dropped on January 5th, automatically shooting the show to new heights.
The finale revealed that despite the Miller family being closer than ever, Georgia still managed to cause trouble, leaving Ginny to clean up the mess.

Debra J.Fisher, now ex-showrunner of the popular show told Today.com: “Sarah Lampert and I obviously know—in the event of a season three—where we’re going. We spent all of season 1 breaking the Millers apart. And the season two finale is such a pivotal moment because it’s the first time when all three of them are on the same page and united, truly.”
It was announced along with the renewal update that Debra would be stepping down from her role as showrunner and would be replaced by Sarah Glinski, a former producer on popular show Degrassi.
The show’s creators previously shared that they had always planned for a four-season arc meaning season four will be the culmination of this incredibly successful project – yes we know we’re sad too!

So what can we expect out of season three? With Georgia behind bars, Ginny and Marcus broken up, Austin, witnessing his mom smother someone and get arrested, it’s clear there will be a lot to unpack in season three.
In an interview with Deadline, Sarah Lampert said: “I think we’ve set up a lot of really great possibilities in the sense that, just playing out hypotheticals, if Georgia is being charged with this crime, we have Zion, he’s Ginny’s dad, we have [Georgia’s ex] Gil in the picture now.”
She continued saying: “I think, previous to this, he had no chance at custody because he was a convicted felon, but who knows now? And we’ve got Paul, who’s the stepdad. We have so many golden possibilities for storytelling based on how rich these characters are, and based on how many surprises we want to throw into season 3 that I’m being coy about but we do have it planned out.”

Deborah Fisher previously told The Wrap that they “know where season three begins and ends”. They spent season one breaking the mother-daughter duo apart, season two was about bringing them and Austin back together to get them ready for some serious drama in season three.
She said: “They’ve gotten past the murdering. They’re together. Ginny’s so helpful in making this wedding happen, they’re united against Gil, and then again, at the very end we tear them apart.”
Season three can’t come soon enough!
