Hailey Bieber Opens Up About Her Mental Health In Emotional Instagram Post
Be kind.
Hailey Bieber has opened up about her mental health on her Instagram stories after a tough few months of 2023.
The model gave followers an insight into how she has really been feeling lately in the hopes of letting others know they are not alone.
She wrote, “I like to make jokes about how I feel because sometimes it’s easier than admitting I’m having a hard time. But truthfully since 2023 started I have had some of the saddest, hardest moments I’ve ever had in my adult life and my mind and emotions have been fragile to say the least.
“That being said, let’s keep being there for one another. Let’s be there for loved ones and friends and family and strangers. Let’s just be there for people.. let’s keep showing up for each other even when it’s hard. We’re better together,” she added.
This year Hailey has recieved a lot of hate online after the internet thought she was making fun of Selena Gomez, despite Selena dispelling the rumours.
The negative comments continued and led to Selena asking for it all to stop, admitting they had been in contact to discuss the negativity.
Selena wrote on her own Instagram stories at the time, “Hailey Bieber reached out to me and let me know that she has been receiving death threats and such hateful negativity.
“This isn’t what I stand for. No one should have to experience hate or bullying. I’ve always advocated for kindness and really want this all to stop.”

Hailey thanked Selena for sharing the message and shared her own wish for everyone to move on.
Selena and Hailey also broke the internet last year with a picture of the two of them together shortly after Hailey’s Call Her Daddy episode where she spoke about (and debunked) the alleged drama between the pair for the first time.
With both parties involved asking for the negativity to stop, there really is no drama to be spreading hate about. And with Hailey now sharing how down she has been feeling, it’s time for it all to stop for good.
Let’s all remember to be kind, yeah?
