How To Watch The 2023 Met Gala

Fashion’s biggest night of the year is well and truly on the way!

We’ve got just over a week left as we countdown to the night of the year when it comes to Fashion – The Met Gala.

This year will be Vogue magazine’s third consecutive year hosting the red carpet event, giving us mere mortals an inside look inside one of the most anticipated events on the fashion calender.

The livestream will again be hosted by by actor and producer La La Anthony. He will be joined by writer and socialite, Derek Blasberg and SNL comedian, Chloe Fineman.

Internet sensation Emma Chamberlain will return as Vogue’s red carpet correspondent once again – here’s hoping for another Jack Harlow moment!

On May 1st, actors, musicians and other influential people will gather at The Metropolitan Museum of Art in honour of the late Karl Lagerfeld.

The night will celebrate the opening of the museum’s newest Spring exhibition Karl Lagerfeld: A Line of Beauty which will pay homage to the fashion icon’s unparalleled contribution to the world of fashion.

The theme is set as ‘in honour of Karl’, so be prepared to see a variety of looks reflecting the silhouettes, collections, and concepts he used at a variety of fashion house’s including Balmain, Patou, Chloé, Fendi, Chanel, and his own Karl Lagerfeld brand.

The red carpet will be available to stream across Vogue’s various websites as well as their social media accounts, full livestream will be visible on their Youtube on the night.

The 2023 Met Gala livestream will begin on Monday May 1 at 11:30pm BST.
