Lisa Marie Presley Has Passed Away Aged 54

Elvis and Priscilla Presley’s daughter Lisa Marie, has sadly passed away aged 54.
Her mother Priscilla released a statement on her Instagram shortly before her passing asking for prayers and telling followers that Lisa Marie had been hospitalised.
It read, “My beloved daughter Lisa Marie was rushed to the hospital. She is now receiving the best care. Please keep her and our family in your prayers. We feel the prayers from around the world, and ask for privacy during this time -Priscilla Presley.”
Priscilla later shared a heart-breaking statement to PEOPLE saying, “It is with a heavy heart that I must share the devastating news that my beautiful daughter Lisa Marie has left us. She was the most passionate strong and loving woman I have ever known.”

Her cause of death has not yet been reported, however a spokesperson for a Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department told Entertainment Tonight the singer suffered cardiac arrest earlier that day.
Priscilla’s daughter Riley Keough, has not yet commented on her mother’s shocking passing. Priscilla also has 14-year-old twins Harper and Finley. Her son Benjamin sadly died by suicide in 2020.
Just two days ago Lisa Marie attended the Golden Globe Awards with her mother Priscilla and sat alongside Austin Butler and Baz Luhrmann, the star and director of the ELVIS movie that made waves in cinemas this year.

Upon winning an award on the night Austin mentioned Lisa Marie and her mother in his acceptance speech saying, “I also want to thank our wonderful producers and Warner Brothers and the Presley family. Thank you guys, thank you for opening your hearts, your memories, your home to me. Lisa Marie, Priscilla, I love you forever.”
