Nicola Coughlan Spills Details About Her Role In The Barbie Film

It is the year of the Barbie film.

The pinktastic flick has been the word on everyone’s lips in recent months and we aren’t far off the premiere date.

Last year, Nicola Coughlan confirmed that she was a part of the cast and now she has revealed even more details about her role.

While we don’t know who she is playing, she shared that Greta had asked her to be in the movie.

“I am so excited for Barbie. I could only do the tiniest bit. I’m in it for 20 seconds, if even that,” she told the Evening Standard.

“When Greta asked if I wanted to do it, I was like, ‘if she wants me to clean the floors in the studio I’ll do it’.

“I think that movie is going to be one of the best movies ever made. I’m not just saying it, it’s so brilliantly clever, so camp, insane and it’s got so much heart,” she explained.

“Greta is a genius so to be in it for two seconds, I couldn’t be more excited.”

We can’t wait to see Nicola absolutely kill it on the big screen in the upcoming film that stars the likes of Ryan Gosling and Margot Robbie.
