So, Mariah Carey Once Had The ‘Rachel’ Haircut

In honour of the Friends reunion Mariah shared a throwback snap of her ‘Rachel’ cut attempt, and Jennifer Aniston herself responded!

Pretty much everybody watched the Friends reunion this week, whether you were a super fan or just familiar with the show, it was nice to see all the familiar faces back together. We’ve seen a lot of celebs proclaim their love for the show, including Justin and Hailey Bieber, Lady Gaga and Cara Delevigne who all appeared on the HBO Max special.

Now, Mariah Carey is sharing a throwback to honour the show. Taking to Instagram the singer posted a sweet throwback picture captioned, “#FBF A sad attempt at the Rachel hairdo #friends”.

We don’t know what’s “sad” about it because she looks amazing! Is there anything Mariah can’t rock?

Even the real Rachel Green thinks so, Jennifer Aniston responded to the post saying, “LOVE IT” followed by the flames emoji, now that is a seal of approval.

The Friends reunion aired this week bringing all six original cast members (Jennifer Aniston, Courtney Cox, Lisa Kudrow, Matt LeBlanc, David Schwimmer and Matthew Perry,) back to their iconic set for the first time in 17 years. Fans all over the world tuned in to catch a glimpse of that 90’s nostalgia, it is available to watch on Sky and Now TV in Ireland.

The ‘Rachel’ haircut was a staple of the 90’s, with everyone wanting to replicate TV’s New York it girl’s style.
