Everything Team STELLAR Is Loving This Week

Autumn has truly begun, or so it seems.

The weather has been more than a little lack lustre this week the rain and temperature drop are really playing havoc on us, but we move!

From new make-up launches to iced lattes we’ve plenty of bits to enjoy, here’s what we’ve been loving this past week.

This week, Real Techniques launched their latest product, a 2 in 1 miracle powder puff that works with powders, liquids, and creams to create a seamless base and touch-ups throughout the day.

It can also double as a stress ball, if you’re any way that inclined.

The STELLAR team headed down to Café en Seine for the launch this week, where we enjoyed a demo, a lunch, and a few tasty cocktails too. Key.

Aoife is loving… LA Girl concealer

Concealer is my go-to makeup product. I have one at the STELLAR office, one in my bag, one in my bedroom, one at my boyfriend’s. I just love being able to quickly brighten up my face with a little dab here and there (especially on days where the purple bags are so entrenched I look like Bella from Twilight right before she gives birth to her vampire baby).

Lorna is loving… Candy Claw Clips

I have quite fine hair, but I have a lot of it. If I had a euro for every hairbrush, hairband, bobble and claw clip I’ve broken because of my hair, well I’d be a rich girl – like RICH rich. Every claw clip I’ve owned while it was pretty it was either too small and didn’t hold my hair up at all or it just snapped in half – not ideal when you’ve no bobble around your wrist.

I was introduced to Candy Claw Clips back a few months ago at an event where we got to take one home. I was dubious and didn’t believe that it would hold my hair. Shocker – it did! Can you believe it? I certainly couldn’t. I was dying to try some more as they’re so bright and colourful and are absolutely perfect for whipping your hair up out of your face with zero fuss.

It’s a big yes from me!

Jade is loving… Not spending €5 on an iced latte every day

It may be autumn, but I’m a 365 kinda iced coffee gal. I’ll drink it when it’s raining, when it’s cold, and when they eventually lower me into the cold, hard ground I’ll likely have an iced deece perched in my claw.

Coffee can get expensive though, especially if you’re wanting one every day.

Enter Califia Farms, a plant-based cold brew and latte that you can pick up in the shops for a fraction of the price of a coffee (especially if you get the big bottles).

My fav is the new Pumpkin Spice – a dream.

I am a super oily gal who loves a sheer foundation, which means I’m often left looking a little more greasy than dewy.

The powder foundation from BPerfect’s Mrs Glam collection (by Michelle Regazzoli Stone) is a lovely, velvety soft powder that is absolutely key for mattifying! Lorna is loving… Autumn comfort shows

I don’t know about you, but as soon as the Autumn season comes around and we’re into the cooler, rainier weather I head straight for my cosy comfort shows. Whether it’s Pretty Little Liars, Gilmore Girls or The Vampire Diaries, an evening curled on the couch with some snacks, a hot chocolate and a comfort show is exactly where I want to be.

I’ve rewatched Gossip Girl so many times I can quote pieces from random episodes but that hasn’t stopped me from starting it again this week. You truly can’t beat it! I can’t wait to hit the Thanksgiving episode, they’re always my favourite. You can expect to find me sprawled out on the couch and diving into season two episode one by tonight.
