Here’s What To Expect From Tonight’s Platinum VIP Style Awards

Ireland’s most glamorous showbiz event of the year is back, bigger and better than ever as we celebrate our 21st birthday in the original home where it all began, the lavish InterContinental Hotel, Dublin.

We can’t wait to roll out the red carpet again in this stunning five-star urban resort on April 26th, as our new host, DWTS favourite and 2fm DJ, Laura Fox helps us welcome Ireland’s most stylish celebrities.

Once again we’ll be celebrating the country’s best-dressed fashionistas and handing out gongs to 10 stylish winners in the following categories: Most Stylish Woman, Most Stylish Online Influencer, Look of the Year, Most Stylish Newcomer, Most Stylish Man, Favourite Irish Designer, Favourite Irish Stylist, The Sustainable Style Award and Best Dressed On the Night. We’ve also got a super exciting Icon of the Year award for one special guest.

Our fabulous title sponsor, Platinum Expert Hair, Ireland’s leading hair extension brand launched in 2011, by Onagh Chira, is back with us again for a third year to make sure that it’s a good hair day for every guest!

Joining Platinum in our VIP Glam Suite will be Dyson with their premium hot hair tools and our very exciting new beauty partner, luxury cosmetics brand, Laura Mercier, whose expert team of makeup artists will ensure everyone’s faces are painted to perfection.

Celebrity guests will also sip on Moët in the Beauty Suite while getting their nails red-carpet ready thanks to our new nail partner, 14 Day Mani.

Dripping Gold will be on hand too, for those all essentials tan touch-ups. Our guests will be looking only gorgeous in time for the red carpet… and by then, they’ll definitely be in need of refreshments! The iconic champagne house Moët & Chandon will ensure our VIP guests have plenty to toast to. Our fabulous wine partner Casillero Wines keeps everyone’s glasses full. For those who prefer a tipple of gin, Malfy will be mixing a variety of cocktails and mocktails. Suffice to say, we are ready to get this party started! And then once it’s all over, dancing starts!

At our exclusive afterparty in The Ice Bar of the Intercontinental, DJ Fizzy will knock out the tunes.
