Come August 1st, Kim Kardashian’s KKW beauty company is going to be taking some time off, with the website and business ceasing trade while they focus on a rebrand and new formulas of products.

Sharing all with a statement, Kim admitted that the company needed a refresh and so, in order to make for a grand reveal with the rebranding, would be temporarily closing its online doors in order to reopen with an impact.

“On August 1st at midnight we will be shutting down the http://KKWBeauty.com site so that we can come back to you under a completely new brand with new formulas that are more modern, innovative, and packaged in an elevated and sustainable new look,” Kim explained.

Now, as you can imagine, fans went wild on hearing about the rebrand and as the company name stands for Kim Kardashian West, it didn’t take them long to figure out why.

Having filled for divorce from Kanye West in February after seven years of marriage, fans believe Kim is taking the West out of her company name, while others believe she could be changing it completely so it has no affiliation with her ex husband.

Noting that her team are hard at work to “improve the customer shopping experience where you will be able to purchase my beauty and cosmetic offerings in all categories from one single website,” it looks like Kim is going to create a one-stop-mega-shop where you’ll be able to get all her bits and pieces, from perfume to concealer.

As we know, Kim owns KKW Beauty, KKW Fragrance and SKIMS, so it looks like she could be combining the beauty sites to just focus on two booming businesses, the beauty franchise and her SKIMS line.

As for what she’ll call it and what new products we could expect to see, who knows, but what we do know is anything Kardashian comes with a big entrance and so, we’re expecting some good sales, exciting products and a snappy name. Things we’re sure they’ll deliver.
