One Of The Pregnant Models At Rihanna’s NYFW Show Was In Labour On The Runway

Eh, supermammy or what?

Last week, Rihanna was hailed for including not one, but two pregnant models in her Savage x Fenty show at New York Fashion Week.

Not something you see at every fashion show, to be sure, and they looked fab in their skivvies:

One of the models was Slick Woods, Rihanna’s muse and frequent model for Fenty Beauty, Savage X, and Rih’s collaboration with Puma.

Slick was nine months pregnant as she stomped down the catwalk in not much more than nipple pasties and a few artfully placed strings… and went into labour pretty much right there.

She gave birth to a baby boy called Saphir just 14 hours after her modelling gig – writing on Instagram, she said:

A lewk, 14 hours of labour, and a king is born. This is the face of a WOMAN IN LABOUR, we hold sh*t down most of us don’t even know how much we’re going through. I’m here to say I CAN DO WHATEVER THE F*CK I WANT WHENEVER THE F*CK I WANT AND SO CAN YOU.

Dead fecking right.

The 22-year-old shot to fame modelling for Kanye’s Yeezy line, Marc Jacobs, and Vogue after she was discovered in 2015 as a homeless teen on the streets of Los Angeles. She’s come a long way in three years. Congrats, Slick!
