Trending Right Now: Rosettes Are All The Rage

Y2k called, they want their choker back.

In a way that feels a little reminiscent of primary school, the rosette is back – and seems to be sticking around – as the hottest style accessory of 2023.

It’s another trend keeping in time with the revival of Y2k over recent years (from claw clips to low waists). Though it might sound a little garish, big accent flowers are back in force, and honestly – they look pretty chic.

Most people seem to be gravitating toward rosettes as neck ties, necklaces and scarves. They’re intended to be dressy – added to an outfit to glam it up. We have to admit, we love how playful and feminine they look; it’s full blown floral without giving grandmother.

If you’re interested in trying out a rosette accent but aren’t a fan of them wrapped around your neck, you’ll find them cropping up on tops, vests, and dresses too. Take a minimal ‘fit to the next level with a monochrome flower blooming by your waist or chest.

We’re not sure if rosettes are forever – but for the time being we’re diving headfirst into the 2000’s and embracing this bold and maximalist look all the way.

It’s blooming gorgeous! (Sorry).
