We Have ALL The Details On The Irish Launch Of The Urban Decay Naked Smoky Palette
One of the year's most hotly-anticipated beauty launches, here's everything you want - and need - to know. #scream
Here’s what happened when news landed a month or so ago about Urban Decay’s soon-to-launch, fourth in the Naked palette series, Naked Smoky:
“@ItsCherrySue: Pretty much everyone’s reaction to #NakedSmoky #bbloggers pic.twitter.com/qces1chGqE” ?? YES

Yup, we need it.
Out on 8th July in the states, the palette’s been sent out to bloggers early and the reception from them is more or less uniformly rapturous. This is one we’re super-excited about too.
And we know how, when and where to get it. Read on for all the deets, peeps.
The launch date
Put this one in your diary, STAT: Naked Smoky launches in Ireland on 6th August. #cantwait
The price
This one’ll set you back €46, which is a bit ouch.
The shades
12 colours come in this kit, the same amount as 1, 2 and 3. They are: High (champagne shimmer w/micro-glitter), Dirtysweet (medium bronze), Radar (metallic taupe w/iridescent micro-glitter), Armor (metallic silver-taupe w/tonal sparkle), Slanted (light metallic gray), Dagger (medium charcoal w/micro-shimmer), Black Market (jet-black satin), Smolder (deep plum-taupe), Password (cool taupe matte), Whiskey (rich brown matte), Combust (soft pink-taupe) and Thirteen (light beige satin).
Nine shades are new and three have been seen before in previous palettes. Textures? A mix of matte, satin and metallics, bbz, and you’ll also get a brush in the kit.
The difference
Naked 2 remains our fave (so far), but could Smoky knock it off the top spot? Enough shades for day and a big transition for night are piquing our interest. A problem with the brand’s palettes in the past has been that they’ve often pulled towards warmer skintones, but we see a fair few shades here that cooler girls will get on well with too. This looks like a decent edit; enough colours to work an office-appropriate toned-down look as well as the biggest, baddest, sparkliest smoky.
The waiting list
Want one? Debenhams branches nationwide will put you on a list so you don’t miss out.
