This Online Retailer Is Taking Emerging Designers To The Next Level!

Aspiring designers, take note! Fashion e-commerce site SHEIN is on the hunt for up-and-coming designers across the globe looking to take things to the next level. In 2021, they launched the SHEIN X program which to help showcase new talent to millions across the world.

The program allows emerging designers to focus on the actual design process while SHEIN handles the manufacturing, marketing and selling. This includes photoshoots, influencer marketing, blog highlights, as well as dedicated social media posts and the opportunity to be showcased across the site which has a global reach of over 100 million customers. Participating designers are also given a percentage of the profits for each piece sold,

The program just launched in July 2021 with seven main designers – Abrar Zenkawi, Caila Abdul, Elle Rebel, Eva Novielli, Karla Jodoin, Meg Capaldi-Tallon, and Tania Orellana–and dozens of other designers. SHEIN have committed to continuing the program indefinitely, now accepting up to 50 designers every month.
