OMG! This Massive Artist Has Been Asked To Sing At The Royal Wedding
This would be AMAZING!
Although Prince Harry and Meghan Markle’s wedding day is still a few months away, the buzz surrounding the biggest event of 2018 has well and truly started and we are very excited!
More details about the Royal Wedding were announced by Kensington Palace on Monday, however, the news we might be most excited about could be the potential performer on the big day.
A source recently told Us Weekly that Prince Harry has personally asked Grammy winner Ed Sheeran to perform at the wedding. Rumour has it that the couple have chosen Ed’s hit love ballad ‘Perfect’ as the song he will sing on the day.
Ed already expressed interest in performing at the wedding back in December when being interviewed by reporters at Buckingham Palace. “Yea, why not?”, he said at the time, shortly after he was made a Member of the Order of the British Empire by Prince Harry’s Dad, Prince Charles.
It’s only tradition for a massive artist to perform at the Royal Wedding, with Ellie Goulding performing at Will and Kate’s wedding in 2011 and Princess Diana and Charles having the Elton John.
One minor inconvenience for Ed could be the fact that he’s scheduled to play in the Phoenix Park on the same day. So the real question is, will he do both or make a choice? Decisions decisions..
