Selena Gomez started dating The Weeknd, real name Abel Makkonen Tesfaye, in January and seemed super close and loved-up since then. They attended the MET Gala together and he even cancelled part of his tour to support her through her kidney transplant operation.

However, the pair seem to have called it quits, and fans reckon her ex-boyfriend, Justin Bieber, may be the reason why. Last week, the Bad Liar singer hung out with her ex at her L.A. home, and a few days later they were spotted having breakfast together.

Now, a source close to Selena has told Us Weekly that she and The Weeknd have split for good. Fans are convinced these two stories are connected, and have been taking to Twitter to share their thoughts.
