Wait, What? Rob Kardashian Has Just Filed A Lawsuit Against Blac Chyna For Assault

Following their bitter split, Rob Kardashian has filed a lawsuit against his former fiancee Blac Chyna, claiming she assaulted him. According to The Blast, Rob is claiming that she physically attacked him and attempted to choke him with an iPhone cord during an argument in 2016.

This news comes just two weeks after the couple settled a custody battle over their one-year-old daughter Dream. The parents settled on a joint custody deal with Rob getting just over 50 percent, according to TMZ. Rob also offered to pay child support of $20,000 a month, and Blac agreed to drop the domestic violence claims she’d made against him.

In this latest lawsuit, Rob accuses Blac Chyna of assault, battery and vandalism after allegedly causing $100,000 worth of damages to the home he rents from his half-sister Kylie Jenner.
