You’ll need: 

• 30ml Baileys
• 10ml creme de cassis
• 30ml milk
• Mini eggs

Method: 

• Shake all ingredients together with ice and strain into a martini class.
• Pop some mini eggs in and let them sink to the bottom. Enjoy after finishing your drink.

He Is Risen

A twist on the classic Bloody Mary (alternate name) that’s sure to get you up and about after a heavy one this long weekend.

You’ll need: 

• 30ml vodka
• 30ml tomato juice
• 10ml lemon juice
• 10ml lime juice
• 5ml pickle juice
• 1/2 teaspoon tabasco sauce (less or more, depending on how spice you like it)
• 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
• Pinch of garlic powder
• Carrot stalk for garnishing

Method: 

• Mix all ingredients together over ice.
• Garnish with your carrot stalk and enjoy

Egg Sour

Not as grim as it sounds, it’s actually just a version of a whiskey sour… which already contains egg, actually.

You’ll need: 

• 50ml whiskey
• 35ml lemon juice
• 15ml sugar syrup
• 1 egg white
• Dash of bitters

Method: 

Shake everything (minus the bitters) together with ice in a cocktail shaker.

Strain and pop your bitters on top.
