Schweppes Pisco Fizz Pink

Alcoholic serve ingredients 

• 5ml egg white
• 10ml raspberry liqueur
• 15ml 2:1 sugar syrup
• 25ml lemon juice
• 40ml Pisco (a Brandy variant)
• Top with Schweppes Pink Soda
• Express oils of a lemon twist on top, then discard

Method

• Add all ingredients to cocktail shaker except Pink Soda
• Fill tin with cubed ice
• Vigorously shake ice up highball with cubed ice
• Double strain cocktail into the highball over cubed ice
• Top with Schweppes Pink Soda

Non-alcoholic serve ingredients 

• 5ml egg white
• 20ml raspberry syrup
• 15ml 2:1 sugar syrup
• 25ml lemon juice
• 40ml Everleaf Marine or local market alternative
• Top with Schweppes Pink Soda
• Express oils of a lemon twist on top, then discard

Schweppes Vermouth + Lemonade

Alcoholic serve ingredients 

• 40ml Red Vermouth
• 10ml red wine
• Top with Schweppes Lemonade
• Orange wedge decorated with one clove to garnish

Method

Place cubed ice in glass before adding ingredients

• Stir quickly to dilute and chill
• Top with Schweppes Lemonade
• Lightly mix (pull) all ingredients together
• Garnish

Non-alcoholic serve ingredients 

• 30ml Martini Vibrante or local market non-alcoholic Roso Vermouth alternative
• 20ml Domaine de la Prade Merlot and Shiraz or local market non-alcoholic red wine alternative
• 5ml 2:1 sugar syrup
• Top with Schweppes Lemonade
• Orange wedge decorated with one clove to garnish

Schweppes Sweet Espresso Tonic (non-alcoholic)

Ingredients 

• 20ml (cooled) filter coffee
• 20ml vanilla syrup
• Top with Schweppes Tonic Water
• Lemon twist to garnish

Method

• Place cubed ice in glass before adding ingredients
• Make sure coffee has cooled before adding to glass
• Stir quickly to dilute and chill Top with Schweppes Tonic Water
• Lightly mix (pull) all ingredients together
• Garnish
