Lockdown Baking? Here’s How To Make Kinder Bueno Blondies

Recipes that are simple to recreate, with amazing results, trust us!

So, what have we tried, tested and love?

Frosted Kinder Blondies

Yep, they taste like the inside of a kinder bueno, you’re welcome.

Ingredients 

Blondie:
170g Unsalted butter, softened
165g Light brown sugar
100g Granulated sugar
1 Large egg + 1 egg yolk
2 tsp Vanilla extract
215g Plain flour
170g Kinder chocolate

Icing:
100g Butter, softened
250g Icing sugar
30-50ml Milk
50g White Choc hazelnut spread

Stuffed Kinder and Nutella Brownies

Again, we’re directing you towards more kinder goodness.

These ones take the shape of a kinder sandwich, with delicious brownie as the bread; mmmm.

Ingredients 
170g unsalted butter (melted)
250g caster sugar
2 Large eggs
125g milk chocolate
100g plain flour
30g cocoa powder
1 tsp salt
27 Kinder chocolate bars
150g Nutella, melted

Fudgy Rolo Brownies

And last, but not least, fudge rolo brownies.

Like, need we say more?

Ingredients

170g unsalted butter (melted)
250g caster sugar
2 Large eggs
125g milk chocolate
100g plain flour
30g cocoa powder
1 tsp salt
49 Rolos
