The Self Care Sessions is back! And this time, it’s going to be bigger and better than ever…

VIP and STELLAR’s special wellness event is returning this October, and we’re got an incredible line up of celebrity speakers, beauty demonstrations, and self care experts for a fun and relaxing day out.

Brought to you by Yoplait SKYR, Dermalogica, South William Clinic, bareMinerals, and Disaronno, the Self Care Sessions LIVE will see Rozanna Purcell, Georgie Crawford, Elaine Crowley, Clare McKenna, Catherine O’Keefe, Dr Monica Peres Oikeh, Allison Keating, and Audrey O’Connor come together for a gorgeous day of empowerment.

Host Bianca Luykx will welcome readers to the fabulous Gibson Hotel on October 20th, for a full day of self-care, insightful talks, activities and the brand new Self-Care Shop.

Upon arrival, guests will enjoy a delicious breakfast from Yoplait SKYR including yoghurts, bakes, and teas and coffees.

What’s more is that every attendee will leave with a gorgeous goodie bag chock full of wellness and beauty products worth over €100. A light lunch will also be served, alongside Kylie Minogue Wines (non-alcoholic options will be available).
