Adam Levine Addresses Criticism Of His Super Bowl Performance In A Bizarre Insta Post
The performance was..something.
People were drastically underwhelmed by Maroon 5’s Super Bowl Halftime performance last night, during which lead singer Adam Levine danced around awkwardly with Travis Scott and then proceeded to take his top off in a bid to win the audience over. SPOILER – it didn’t work.
People absolutely ripped into him on Twitter, and the responses are almost too funny.

They invited Adam Levine to the barbecue and it’s not going as planned. He brought the potato salad with raisins in it.

Adam has responded to the people who have criticised his performance, and he’s done so in the most deep and possibly most annoying way possible.
The band’s front man posted a gallery on Instagram showing the words “one love” in the audience. Alongside it he wrote:
“When we accepted the responsibility to perform at the SBHTS, I took out my pen and just wrote. Some of the words that came to me in that moment eventually made their way onto the incredible lanterns that flew high and low tonight.
“We thank the universe for this historic opportunity to play on the world’s biggest stage. We thank our fans for making our dreams possible. And we thank our critics for always pushing us to do better. One Love. ❤️”
Adam then proceeded to note all of the words he allegedly wrote down when they accepted the offer to perform, and they’re so random it’s hilarious. Have you ever played word association? Well that must be what Adam was doing when he wrote these down. Just look..
Truly inspirational, Adam. Truly.
