All The Things Team STELLAR Is Loving This Week

Well, we’re here – autumn is well and truly among us, the days are short af, and it’s really, very cold.

But fear not, all is not lost because we’ve been doing and enjoying some nice things this week.

… A Fire-y gin

If there’s one thing we love here at STELLAR, it’s a cocktail. And a rake of delicious food, obviously.

This year, Fire Steakhouse & Bar are celebrating 20 years of fine food and delicious drinks, and we went along to a gorgeous media night to raise a toast with them.

Their friends at Gunpowder Irish Gin have even created a special Bergamot Citrus gin to mark the occasion, and we can confirm it’s only gorgeous.

The gin is available to buy now in the Celtic Whiskey Shop, or you can stop by Fire for a cocktail to try it yourself. Just divine.

… Fashion for a good cause

Dublin based brand Tomorrows have just launched a new range of scarves and shawls, hand-embroidered by refugee Palestinian artists. 

Their new collection, in association with social enterprise SEP, works to bring Palestinian artists above the poverty line by providing employment to refugee artists living in and around Jerash refugee camp in Jordan.

These hand embroidered Keffiyeh celebrate the garment’s strong identity and highlight the skills of the embroidery artists behind the collection, which is exclusively stocked by Tomorrows in Ireland.

If there’s one thing I’m going to do, it’s spray fragrances all over my body whether I’m leaving the house or not.

And look, I think that’s fine – especially when it smells as good as Sol de Janeiro’s new scent, Sundays in Rio.

… Moulin Rouge! The Musical 

I’m a musical theatre girl through and through, so when I got the chance to jet off to London with the Bord Gáis Energy Theatre to see Moulin Rouge! The Musical ahead of its Dublin run this Christmas, I was beyond excited. 

As a long-time fan of the movie (yes, I still know every word to Come What May), I couldn’t wait to see how it would come to life on stage, and let me tell you, it did not disappoint. From the dazzling costumes to the jaw-dropping set design (we even got a backstage peek at some of the incredible props and glittering ensembles!), the whole production is pure magic. 

I don’t want to give too much away for those planning to go (and if you’re not, you definitely should), but if you’re after a night of pure escapism, romance, and sparkle, Moulin Rouge! The Musical is the one. It hits the Bord Gáis Energy Theatre from 20 November 2025 to 10 January 2026, with tickets on sale now through Ticketmaster.
