Andrea Bocelli Is Wading Into The Kourtney & Kim Kardashian Wedding Drama

We just got some insights into the Kardashian drama, as Kourtney and Kim’s feud premiered on The Kardashians, but now a very unlikely source is giving their perspective, as legendary opera singer Andrea Bocelli shares his thoughts.

In fairness, Andrea is already involved, as the girls were technically fighting over him. The drama started after Kourt’s lavished Italian wedding to Blink-182 drummer Travis Barker last year. The couple wedd in Portofino, Italy, with all the wedding attire being by Dolce & Gabbana, mainly from their 90s archive, and Andrea performing at the celebrations.

But after the wedding, Kim curated a collection with the brand, mainly focused on their 90s archive, which Kourtney felt was unfair and capitalising off her wedding. The drama has been the focus of the latest season of their reality series.

Things came to ahead in this week’s episode, as the girls confronted each other.

With Kim sharing her side of the story, she claimed Kourtney copied her 2014 wedding to Kanye West.

Saying: “I got married in Italy. Am I saying you copied me by getting married in Italy?”

“Who performed at my wedding? Andrea Bocelli. Who performed at Kourtney’s wedding? Andrea Bocelli. You stole my f**king wedding country and my wedding performer. Andrea Bocelli is my favorite male singer of all time, but I’m copying her dolce vita lifestyle? Okay.”

The girls reconciled at the end of the episode, but Andrea decided to share his thoughts on the drama.

“Dear @kimkardashian and @kourtneykardash, I’m so flattered that you both love my voice and I’ll always be happy to sing to you,” the Italian wrote on Instagram.

The Opera star then took the chance to shout out his son, Matteo, who performed alongside him at Kourtney’s wedding.

“But know that there’s a younger and far more helpful artist @matteobocelli who your mother @krisjenner knows very well. 😉 See you soon in Tuscany!” he wrote.

25-year-old Matteo previously spoke to People about performing at Kravis’ wedding. Saying: “It’s [was] a very emotional moment and they’re beautiful people, it’s always emotional to see two people that are confirming their love.”

“We were a surprise, so we sang, and then we stayed and we enjoyed the moment with them. It was very intimate and it was mainly the family, so it was beautiful.”
