Anna Vakili Says The Love Island WhatsApp Group Is Dead Because ‘Loads Of People’ Don’t Like Each Other
Yikes!
Many of this year’s crop of Love Islanders have alluded to a WhatsApp group chat between all of the contestants – and you’d think it would be full time popping off with memes and what have you, wouldn’t you?
Alas, speaking to The Sun, Anna Vakili revealed that this is most definitely not the case.
“Let me tell you that WhatsApp group is not active at all because there are loads of people in there who don’t like each other,” she said.
“I can’t say, I think it’s obvious from watching Love Island who doesn’t like each other.”
Anna went on to say that she herself doesn’t speak to Curtis Pritchard or Maura Higgins (though she did come to Dublin for Maura’s Boohoo party last week), but hangs out with lots of the other girls regularly.

“I spoke to Molly yesterday and she said how Tommy and her are very happy at the moment – so hopefully it will last forever,” she said.
It’s weird because I cross paths with some of them. I absolutely love Amy, I obviously see Yewande and Amber a lot, because they have been at mine a lot. I love Fran [Allen] and I love Harley [Brash].
Innnteresting.
Anna left the show very much at odds with her ex Jordan Hames, and we can’t imagine she’s too buddy buddy with Ovie Soko and India Reynolds after all that went down.
As for the rest of the cast, who knows what battle lines have been drawn? Ovie himself said last month that he wasn’t even invited to join a WhatsApp group in the first place.
“I mean, I’ve got everyone’s numbers from Love Island, but I’m not part of any group,” he told The Sun. “Maybe there’s a group out there that I’m not part of.”
A group chat that does not include Ovie is not a group chat we want to be part of, TBH. Let that thing die.
