Ariana Grande Just Dropped Her Music Video For New Song ‘7 Rings’ And We’re Obsessed
It's every pink queen's dream.
Our fave bish Ariana Grande just dropped the music video for her latest single ‘7 Rings’ and it’s the stuff of dreams.
The new song is a modern twist on The Sound of Music’s ‘My Favourite Things’ and the lyrics are reportedly inspired by a shopping trip the 25-year-old took after her breakup with her fiancé Pete Davidson.
The video shows Ariana and all of her friends at a boujee house party singing and rapping about all the money she has, and while we can’t necessarily relate..we feel that.
Her famous friends, aka “six of her bitches” that star in the video are the same six she bought matching rings for at Tiffany & Co. after her breakup. Ari revealed the inspo for her song on Twitter in December saying the idea came to her on a “rough day”.
well …………. ‘twas a pretty rough day in nyc. my friends took me to tiffany’s. we had too much champagne. i bought us all rings. ? it was very insane and funny. & on the way back to the stu njomza was like ‘bitch, this gotta be a song lol’. so we wrote it that afternoon. https://t.co/CoczmPj1Fo

Victoria Monet, Courtney Chipolone, Alexa Luria, Rim Taya Shawki, Tayla Parx and Njomza are the lucky gals who star alongside their 7th bitch in the video.
Ari wears some glam af outfits in the video while she rolls around on a kitchen counter and in the front garden – a true vibe. Her doggy Toulouse even makes a cameo in the video because he apparently wouldn’t leave her during filming.

Ariana has been teasing the track on social media for weeks and it really doesn’t disappoint. It will feature on her next album, ‘Thank U, Next’.
