Ariana Grande Responds To Claims She Isn’t A Singer Anymore

It’s no secret that Mrs Ariana Grande has plenty of talents to her name, finding fame in the acting world, dominating the music industry, and breaking into the beauty business with her brand R.E.M.
Most recently Ari has returned to roots in the acting world, current filming Wicked, the silver-screen adaptation based on the hit musical. But it seems some fans were disappoint to see her step back from the music scene. With one fan commenting: “Why aren’t you still a singer?” on her social media.
But Ariana is reminding everyone that she can focus on whatever she wants to. Clapping back, Ari proved she is still a music legend, by replying to the comment with an acapella cover of Somewhere Over The Rainbow.
Posting her cover to TikTok, Ari wrote: “literally on set filming two musical movies all day every day,” alongside a handful of tearful emojis, hinting that the comments might have upset her.

Ari received plenty of support in the comments, with everyone loving her stripped back cover.

Ariana will be playing Glinda The Good Witch in the upcoming Wicked adaptation.
Starring alongside Cynthia Erivo, who will be portraying lead character Elphaba.
While Bridgerton’s Jonathan Bailey will take on the role of Fiyero, Everything, Everywhere, All At Once’s Michelle Yeoh will play Madame Morrible, and icon Jeff Goldblum as The Wizard.
It is expected to be released in December 2024.
