Awkward! SJP Addresses THOSE Comments Made by Kim Cattrall On WWHL

Any Sex and The City fans out there are all feeling the same pain, as they watch Carrie and Samantha battle it out through the media.

But it seems as if the war of words is continuing. This week, Kim Cattrall, who played the sexy Samantha Jones in the HBO series spoke out to say that her and Sarah Jessica Parker were no more than co-stars… sob.

Well SJP has something to say about that! Appearing on Watch What Happens Live in the US, Sarah Jessica said she was “heartbroken” at Kim’s comments.

“I found it very upsetting because that’s not the way I recall our experience. It’s sad, but I always think that what ties us together is this singular experience”, Parker said.

“It was a professional experience but it became personal because it was years and years of our lives so I’m hoping that that eclipses anything that’s been recently spoken.

“That many years spent doing something so special that people had a connection with it is such a privilege”, she added.

The 52-year-old also went on to explain that a third movie may not be totally out of the question, despite Kim’s reluctance to take part.

‘I think once everybody has thoroughly experienced the grieving process, then Michael Patrick King can go back and sort of ponder what he might want to do and how he might want to proceed.

‘That’s the most clear answer I’ve given yet.’
