Aww! You’ll Never Guess Who Alan Carr Has Apparently Picked To Be Bridesmaid At His Upcoming Wedding

First up in major celebrity news of the day, Alan Carr is getting married!

The Chatty Man has just announced that he’s engaged to long-term boyfriend Paul Drayton.

Second of all, he’s hinted that his superstar BFF Adele could be his bridesmaid and wedding singer.

Chatting about his upcoming nuptials to The Sun, Alan said “The engagement only happened last week so I don’t know exactly what we’ll do. But a big old wedding and we’ll get Adele singing Someone Like You.”

We mean, who wouldn’t want a bridesmaid who can also double as a pretty phenomenal wedding singer?

Alan also shared the story about how the proposal came about – and it’s as gas as you’d imagine.

“He asked me to marry him in Lombok,” the chat show host explains. “There were nine couples in this boutique hotel and a man playing the organ. I went to the toilet and came out to eat dessert.

“And then I was like, ‘’Oh my God, a filling’s come out, just my luck on holiday. I pull it out and it’s this ring and then the man on the organ starts singing Can you feel the love tonight?

“Then the chef, all the staff came out and the manager and sang Can You Feel the Love Tonight, but they didn’t know the next lyric, so they just sang, ‘Can you feel the love tonight? Can you feel the love tonight?’ So it was my idea of hell, but of course I said yes.

“My life is a roller coaster, like Ronan Keating says. It’s really nice.”

Aww. We can’t for the big day – and we’re praying the Adele rumours are true too!
