Barry Keoghan’s Upcoming Movie Has A Star Studded Cast

Barry Keoghan is one of the best known Irish actors in the world, thanks to his BAFTA win for The Banshees Of Inisherin, and his performances in Marvel’s The Eternals, The Batman, and Chernobyl.

Now the Irish native will be taking to our screens yet again, in his latest film Saltburn.

Barry will star alongside Euphoria’s Jacob Elordi, Gone Girl star Rosamund Pike, and Cork actress Alison Oliver, best known for playing Frances in the adaptation of Sally Rooney’s novel Conversations with Friends.

The film will be directed by Emerald Fennell, best known for her directing on Promising Young Woman, and also her acting in The Crown, and Barbie.

Emerald Fennell’s ‘SALTBURN’ is described as “a wicked tale of privilege and desire.”

The thriller is reported to follow Oliver Quick (Keoghan), a student from Liverpool, whose live is changed when he meets Felix Catton (Elordi), and is introduced to upper-class aristocratic society.

Saltburn is scheduled for release in December 2023.

Barry has been hard at work as of late – he recently worked on the upcoming film Bird, and he’s also set to work on Trey Edward Shults’ latest movie, which wtars Jenna Ortega and Abel Tesfaye, better known as The Weeknd.

The actor recently deleted his instagram so we haven’t gotten an update from him on the upcoming projects, but we can’t wait to see them when they’re out!
