Britney Spears Blames Her Father Over Reduced Custody Of Her Two Sons
Britney is already fighting her father's long term conservatorship.

Britney Spears and her legal situation has been back in the public eye this year as people realised that she is still restricted under her father’s long term conservatorship.
The hashtag #FREEBRITNEY began trending this summer as fans, who are concerned for her mental wellbeing, sought to free her from the 12 year conservatorship. This legal term means her 69-year-old Dad has control over her estate and finances.
More recently, Britney is believed to also be blaming her Dad, Jamie Spears for the reduced custody she has with her children. The star has two teenage boys, Sean Preston who is 15 and Jayden, 14.

A source, speaking with US Weekly revealed that the current argument over her conservatorship with her Dad is why she has such little custody.
Britney’s ex, Kevin Federline was involved in an altercation with her Dad over the conservatorship, leading to him later getting a restraining order against Jamie in 2019.
Her son, Preston also had an altercation with Jamie, his grandfather, and this also impacted her custodial rights.

According to sources; “The incident with Jamie and Preston changed everything. It was a major blow for Britney.”
“She, Kevin, Preston and Jayden have all seen Jamie differently ever since.”
Britney only has 30% custody of her children, while her ex has 70%.
