Brooklyn Beckham Now Has His Own Car (And It Cost More Than You Earn In A Year)

As celebrity offspring go, the Beckham clan seem to be fairly down to earth. Yes, they divide their time between LA and London, and are usually immaculately turned out in designer gear, but for the most part they seem to be a pretty agreeable bunch of kids.

That said, their lifestyle is still worlds apart from us normals, as is evidenced by 17-year-old Brooklyn’s latest acquisition: a Mercedes C-Class car to celebrate passing his driver’s test.

Brooklyn’s had the car, which is worth a staggering €44,000, since March, and has posted a few behind-the-wheel selfies during supervised drives.

Last week though, he was finally spotted driving alone, with a rep confirming the eldest Beckham had indeed passed his test.

So there you have it. While you and I were lucky to get the keys to our mam’s ’02 Opel Astra to practice in, Brooklyn’s had sole use of a Mercedes for the last four months. How the other half live, eh?

After celebrating his test success with a few solo drives, Brooklyn flew out to LA to celebrate the Fourth of July with his girlfriend, Chloe Grace Moretz – which you’ll know if you’ve been anywhere near his Instagram over the past four days:
