A Look Inside Molly-Mae Hague And Maura Higgins’ Girls Trip To Crete

The former Love Island stars jetted off for a week in the sun.

Despite fans disbelief, Molly-Mae Hague and Maura Higgins are actually very good mates.

Taking to Instagram last week before jetting off to Crete, Molly-Mae answered concerned fans who wondered why she was still friends with Maura Higgins; as the Longford lady once tried to get with Molly-Mae’s now boyfriend Tommy Fury while on Love Island.

Explaining that none of them were friends back then and Molly-Mae and Tommy weren’t actually an official item, Molly-Mae explained to fans that those days don’t bother her in the slightest and the three of them are now “best friends”. Classing Tommy and Maura as being like “brother and sister”.

And it appears as though the girls’ relationship has only gone from strength to strength, with the pair heading off to the sun with friend and celeb hairstylist Jay Birmingham as well as Molly-Mae’s sister, Zoe Hague.

Staying at the Abaton Island Resort & Spa near Stalida in Crete, both Molly-Mae and Maura spoke about how magical the resort is, noting that the sunsets in Crete are some of the best they’ve ever seen.

Definitely a holiday spot to put on your list for future vacays.

In terms of holiday itinerary, both Molly-Mae and Maura have taken this time to chill, spending their mornings by the pool and their evenings getting glam and heading out for dinner.

And when we say glam, we mean seriously glam. Maura Higgins pulled out all the stops for their Thursday night dinner, opting for a head-to-toe white ensemble. An outfit that Molly-Mae described as her “fave ever” on Maura.

We must admit, we agree.

And while Molly-Mae soaks up the Crete sun, her beau Tommy Fury is also enjoying a little vacay in Greece, one he called a “spontaneous trip”. How fun!
