Conor Murray And Joanna Cooper Celebrate Their Engagement In Dubai

Irish rugby star Conor Murray and Derry model Joanna Cooper have taken to Instagram to announce their engagement.

Popping the question over in Dubai, Joanna captioned the image of her new rock with “always & forever”, with a beaming Conor in the background, as the pair celebrated the beginning of their next chapter on the beach.

Later on that evening the pair continued the celebrations by hitting the down, with Conor taking to social media to also break the news, captioning the image “phew” in delight of Joanna saying yes.

Conor and Joanna currently reside together in Limerick alongside their dog, Kevin. Before the pandemic, Joanna was living in London working full-time as a model, but relocated due to the lockdown in 2020. Now, the 27-year-old model travels for work while keeping her base in Munster.

The pair jetted off to Dubai with other members of the Irish rugby team and their partners at the weekend, after their Six Nations win against Scotland. With Conor Murray sealing the win to claim the triple crown.

As for what’s on the agenda for the pair next in Dubai? Well, we’d believe lots of celebrations with the wider group as the continue sharing their happy news. A massive congratulations to the pair.
