Many famous faces were quick to show their support in the comments with Síle Seoige saying; “Aww guys!!! This is the most beautiful news. I am so so happy for you all.”
Rosie Connolly shared her congratulations to the couple also; “What incredible news thrilled for you and your gorgeous family.”
Georgie and her husband Jamie already have a little girl, Pia and want her to have a sibling to grow up with. Since having Pia, Georgie was diagnosed with breast cancer and even though she has the all clear, she shared in an interview on the Late Late Show that she still takes some medication in her recovery and her doctors have advised her to continue with this.
“I was put on a drug called tomaxifen for my recovery from cancer and I’m going to stay on that for five years. I could come off that and we could try for a baby ourselves but I want to stay on it. So we have decided to move towards surrogacy and we are in the process of that.”
We are wishing Georgie and Jamie all the luck with the rest of their surrogacy journey.
