How do you do, fellow kids?

If I didn’t already feel ancient, this news has really sent me over the edge. Yesterday, Love Island star Tommy Fury celebrated his birthday in lockdown with girlfriend and fellow Islander, Molly-Mae Hague.
Marking the occasion with a little party and quintessential milestone balloons, Tommy Fury turned 21-years-old.
Yep, 21-years-old. Having completed so much in such a short space of time from clothing deals to boxing fights, it’s hard to believe this star was born in 1999, but here we are.
Molly-Mae and Tommy came second in the 2019 series, and are the only couple from that year still going strong. The pair were in the running to winning before Limerick man, Greg O’Shea entered the villa and his romance with Newcastle Islander Amber Rose Gill won the hearts of the fans.
Speaking about the possibility of tying the knot sooner rather than later, Molly-Mae discussed last year how she believes Tommy is the one and admitted that she’s “found the person I’m going to marry.”

The star then added that although they’re quite young, they feel more mature for their age and with a tanning business and collaborations left, right and centre, there’s no real stopping these two. Molly-Mae is also set to turn 21 later this month, celebrating her birthday on May 25.
We cannot wait for fans to react like they did to Tommy’s birthday, the moment of realisation was Twitter gold.

However, in the words of Aaliyah, “age ain’t nothing but a number”, baby.
