Rachel Purcell announced over the weekend that she’ll soon be hitting the road with her lockdown brainchild, a food and coffee truck called Fetch Coffee.

Sharing the exciting news on Instagram alongside a snap of the van she’s setting out to modernise in the coming weeks, the older sister to Roz Purcell explained that this project is something she’s wanted to do for a while, but never thought she’d get the chance to do.

“We have a bit of work to do to transform the caravan into what we want, but excited to get started and have something to keep us busy in the evenings and weekends,” she wrote on Instagram.

In the project alongside her partner Kev, the pair hope to give the van a spot in South Tipp and revealed more details over on the new home for Fetch Coffee @fetchcoffee_, by saying:

“We’ll be trying to find the best coffee, master coffee art & pick the menu. As we look for our spot in south Tipp, what would you guys like to see on the menu?”

Well, we’re totally obsessed and very excited to support this new venture in the months to come! Congratulations, Rachel!
