Chris Evans Marries GF Alba Baptista In Private Ceremony

It seems congratulations are in order!

Chris Evans is officially off the market for good.

The Captain America actor and his girlfriend Alba, tied the knot at a private ceremony in a Cape Cod estate on Saturday.

According to Page Six, the couple married over the weekend in front of their family and friends.

Rumours swirled prior to the nuptials news breaking that something was going on as Chris’ pals, including Robert Downey Jr. and his wife, Susan Downey; Chris Hemsworth and his wife, Elsa Pataky; Jeremy Renner; and John Krasinski and Emily Blunt were all seen in Boston prior to the ceremony.

The 42-year-old and his 26-year old spouse were first linked in 2021, after fans noticed Alba had followed Chris and a number of his family members on social media. The romance rumours began to fly in November 2022 after the pair were spotted holding hands in New York City.

But it wasn’t until just after the 2022 holiday season that the pair confirmed their romance with an Instagram post.

Chris captioned the post: “A look back at 2022 ❤️❤️❤️.”

The post showed the pair having a laugh scaring each other as they continued doing mundane household chores together.

A source told Us Weekly back in January: “Chris and Alba have gotten serious. This is the most committed anyone can remember him being in a very long time, if not ever.”
