Delish! 4 Super Healthy Homemade Spreads That You Wont Feel Guilty About Gorging On
Nuts about nuts? Toffee? Jam? Caramel? Check out these totally guilt-free recipes.
Salted Maple Almond Butter
This is dairy-free, gluten free, paleo and vegan and we honestly want to make truck loads of it. All you need is two cups of almonds, some salt, and some maple syrup. Voila! Thanks @littlegreenspoon
Raspberry, Almond and Orange Jam
This is a perfect summer recipe from @naturalbornfeeder and what’s more, it tastes darn delicious mixed with your homemade peanut butter. All you need is about 15 minutes and five ingredients, and you have a lovely and sweet, guilt-free treat!
Salted Caramel
We turned to HealthyEssenceFood for this one, and now there’s no turning back. Get yourself one cup of dates, a tablespoon of salt and some almond milk, that’s it, that’s all you need. Oh, and a food processor. Once blended, you will have the most delicious homemade caramel sauce that will keep in your fridge for up to a week. Unless you’ve eaten it all before then. Gorgeous with porridge, yoghurt, granola, or completely by itself.
Happy pear Coconut Toffee
We’re absolutely mad about The Happy Pear recipes, and with this one, you need two things; coconut milk and coconut sugar. It helps that we’re absolutely mad about coconut too. The toffee mixture that you get is absolutely gorgeous, perfect for drizzling over quite literally, anything. Amazing.
