Denim Trends To Keep An Eye On In 2023

Spring 2023 will see the revival of denim. While it made a sneak preview in late 2022, denim will be one of the top trending fashion pieces this year. Whether it’s preloved, upcycled or a new piece, denim is always a good staple piece for any wardrobe.

But wait, you don’t need to rush out and buy new denim pieces, have a look through your wardrobe or even a charity shop. In some cases, you won’t need too splash out, why not upcycle your denim!

Many people have been taking to social media for inspiration, and the idea of upcycling jeans into a denim maxi skirt is one that caught my eye.

Fashion lovers have been experimenting, and it really is interesting to see the final product and it’s the perfect opportunity to give an old pair of jeans new life! Denim skirts have always been popular, but the low-waisted maxi skirt is taking over these days.

As we all know Trench coats are back in, so why not treat yourself to the perfect denim trench this spring? Don’t be afraid to layer your denim pieces, even if it’s a dark denim pair of jeans with a light-washed jacket, it will still look perfect. When wearing double denim, I would recommend keeping the other pieces of clothing minimal and using your shoes and accessories to dress up the outfit.
