Did Love Island’s Molly Marsh Also Date Tommy Fury?

Love Island star Molly Marsh, who was recently dumped from the villa in one of the most shocking and brutal twists, has found herself at the heart of Twitter discourse again just a few days later.

A TikTok from three years ago resurfaced from the musical theatre actress’ profile, in which she implies that she went out with Tommy Fury and is currently good friends with Molly-Mae. Fans were confused by the similarities in the names of the girls, and the fact that Molly (Marsh) would have only been sixteen when she allegedly saw Tommy. But now someone in her life is saying that it was just a joke for a trend.

Anastasia Kingsnorth, a friend of Molly’s who is also an influencer, chatted about the video on the Saving Grace podcast. She explained how the trend was supposed to go, saying it was “where you, like, pretended that you were in a dream and then you like, woke up.”

“She pretended that she dated Tommy Fury and it went viral on TikTok again…all the news was saying ‘new Love Island contestant wants to be like Molly-Mae.”

Molly has since turned off comments on the TikTok, presumably because people are taking the video seriously.

When it comes to the villa, Molly was devastated to leave and said she would be waiting for the other half in her couple, Zachariah, when he came out. However, Zach has already made moves to crack on with someone else, attempting to kiss fellow islander Kady McDermott in last night’s episode.
