Everything Team STELLAR Is Loving This Week

From spot cream to musicals to our PJs!

The weather’s been up and down these last few days – but that’s not about to kill our vibe!
From getting out for beach walks and musicals, to appreciating the little things like good skincare and cosy pyjamas, we’re full of love here this week.
Let’s take a look at all the things that are bringing us joy!
Megan is loving… Spot cream, yes really!
Little sticker patches have become hugely popular in recent years, but I’m never quite brave enough to sport one in public. Dermalogica recently launched their Deep Breakout Liquid Patch, which is more like a cream that dries as a little patch. It’s much more discreet and more importantly, it really works. My skin’s been a bit of a nightmare with breakouts the past few weeks and this really helps to clear up blemishes quickly. A godsend!
Aoife is loving…ANNIE

I indulged in some serious childhood nostalgia this week by attending ANNIE the musical at the Bord Gais Energy Theatre, and it was genuinely one of the most wholesome and enjoyable evenings I’ve had in a while!

This fab production has everything you want from a good musical; a brilliant cast, elaborate set design, mesmerising choreography, and songs that make you want to sing along. It’s on until the 3rd September and perfect for treating any little ones in your life. You won’t regret it!

I know, I know as per usual I’m late to the band wagon. I’ve used the moisturiser from this Glow Recipe range since it first launched and absolutely love it. So, I’m actually surprised at how long it took me to try the Plum Plump considering what an absolute fiend I am for anything that involves Hyaluronic Acid.

It’s hydrating without leaving a residue on the face and leaves your skin feeling as plump as a piece of fruit. A weird comparison but the most accurate description of a beautiful product.

Megan is loving…listening to Miley Cyrus!

Miley is back! She’s been teasing a new song for a while now, and it didn’t disappoint. Used To Be Young is super nostalgic for those of us who grew up with Hannah Montana and hits us right where The Climb used to! I’m also listening to Hozier’s new album and loving that too!

Lorna is loving… Beach Walks

I’m so lucky to live right by the sea. My entire life I’ve lived in Malahide so close to the sea you can smell it in the air. It was the thing I missed most when I moved to London, being close enough to go for a walk on the beach whenever I wanted.

There’s something so calming even taking 30 minutes to stroll along the long stretch of sand that just always manages to reset my brain after a particularly strenuous few days. Truly nothing better in my opinion!

Adele is loving…JimJams

I can’t emphasis this enough when I say that I am, a Pyjama Girl. The first thing I do when I come home from anywhere is change into my jammies, comfortable and cosy nightwear is sacred to me. So you can imagine my delight when I came across pyjama brand ‘JimJams’. It’s an ethical and sustainable Irish brand providing good-quality pyjamas and sleep accessories.

I myself own the short ‘liliac hydrangea collection’, and I’ve never felt such luxury. They’re made from 100% recycled cotton, lounging around in my PJs has never looked so good!
